Role Overview

Our client is looking for a Product Marketing expert who will own and elevate their product marketing strategy across a growing, multi-product SaaS portfolio. This role will construct how the company & product suite is understood in the market, which includes: product positioning and messaging, competitive intelligence, product packaging and placemat, content creation, and sales enablement. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, acting as the tissue that connects technology, customer value, and market opportunity into a unified narrative that accelerates growth.

Brief overview of the role:

  • Define and elevate the end-to-end product marketing vision and roadmap across the product.
  • Serve as the executive voice of product value, differentiation, and customer outcomes.
  • Define launch plans including target segments, messaging, enablement, and success metrics.
  • Translate product usage insights into adoption and expansion messaging.
  • Equip the sales team with battlecards and competitive assets that accelerate pipeline and close deals
  • Oversee development of sales decks, demos, case studies, and ROI tools to ensure consistent messaging across all GTM motions, campaigns, and channels


Ideal Experience

  • 7–12 years of experience in product marketing, or a related role in B2B SaaS 
  • Experience owning product positioning, launches, and go-to-market strategy 
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Product in a high-growth environment 
  • Track record of improving messaging, conversion, or pipeline performance 
  • Experience in healthcare SaaS or other regulated industries is a plus, but not required 
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability — able to simplify complex products into clear, compelling narratives 
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in execution 
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate content creation, analysis, and experimentation 
  • Strong understanding of pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy 
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and bring fresh thinking to existing processes 
  • Experience coaching or mentoring team members
